For well over a decade, I have explored the Cape Winelands.  Along the way I’ve established close working relationships with many of its finest winemakers.  And, every now and then, I find an undiscovered treasure from one of our leading producers, which I may bottle under my Flagship label.  I take pride in bringing you this elegant Shiraz / Cabernet Sauvignon blend, created by Nico van der Merwe of Saxenburg.  Less than 125 cases were produced, making it a true collector’s item.
